- (3/29) TCU sprinter Percival Spencer ran a wind-aided 10.03 in the 100 meters, and a
20.27 in the 200 meters at the Arlington Invitational. Spencer earned automatic bids in both events to
the NCAA outdoor championships. The TCU men finished 5th, and the women 3rd at the meet.
TCU dominated the sprints - getting provisional qualifying performances from
Giesla Jackson and Catoshia Lewis in the 100, Tinesha Jackson in the 200 and the
women's 4 x 100 relay as well as Khadevis Robinson in the men's 800.

The TCU Lady Frog golf team finished in a tie for 4th at the
Rainbow Wahine International in Hawaii. Angela Stanford finished in 11th.
- (3/27) Assistant basketball coach Richard Bacon resigns.
- (3/26) TCU right fielder Ryan Dunn was selected as WAC baseball player of
the week. Dunn had 13 RBIs in 5 games and extended his hitting streak to 10.
- (3/25) Rain cancelled the last round of the Morris Williams Intercollegiate Tournament
as well as the TCU vs UTA baseball game.
- (3/24) The TCU men's golf team is tied for third after two rounds of the
Morris Williams Intercollegiate Tournament being held at the Hills of Lakeway in Austin.
The Frogs trail the leader, UNLV by 9 strokes. Brent Wolf is 3rd overall (146) after two rounds
of 73, 3 shots behind leader Victor Schwamkrug of Houston.
Alberto Ochoa is in 5th place (147). Sal Spallone in 9th (149).

- (3/22) At the Dr. Pepper SMU Invitational, the TCU women's track team finished 1-2-3 in the 400 meters, lead by
Dwyana Crudup (56.74 seconds). Tinesha Jackson won the 100 meters (11.38) with
an NCAA provisional qualifying time. Chessna Davis won the 100 hurdles (13.98)
- (3/22) Johnny Collins won the men's 400 with a time of 47.56 at the Dr. Pepper
SMU Invitational. Clayton Brookins won the 400 hurdles (53.29); Michael Whitmarsh
won the men's 110 hurdles (14.85);

- (3/17) TCU Lady Frog golfer Angela Stanford was selected as the WAC's women's golf
athlete of the month. She has finished in the top 10 in all three spring tournaments she
has competed in.

Blue-Gray National Team Championships.

Heather Bowie of Texas.

to block 7 shots, score 17 points, and threw down several windmill dunks.

rallied from a 5-1 deficit; Ryan Dunn had a home run, 3 walks and 3 RBIs.
Thompson suffered the loss in relief of started Reese Ryan.

- (3/7) TCU shocks Tulsa, 64-59 to advance into
the finals of the WAC tournament. Malcolm Johnson scored 28 to lead the Frogs. Damion Walker had 15 points and
18 rebounds. Mike Jones had 12 points, 9 assists, 5 steals and 6 rebounds.
- (3/7) The TCU baseball team defeated New Mexico, 10-3.
- (3/6) TCU rolls over favored Fresno State, 106-81 in the second round of the
WAC tournament, setting a scoring record. Mike Jones had 44; Malcolm Johnson added 31.
- (3/4) TCU rallies to defeat Wyoming, 72-61 in the first round
of the WAC tournament. This was the Frogs first post season tournament win
under Billy Tubbs. Damion Walker, who kept the Frogs in the game early, finished
with 19 points and 6 rebounds. Mike Jones and Malcolm Johnson came
alive late, with Jones scoring 25, Johnson 16. Prince Fowler had
8 points and 9 assists. The Frogs trailed by 15 in the middle of the
2nd half before rallying.
- (3/4) The TCU men's golf team finished 2nd at the Bridges All-American, 12 shots behind
Oklahoma State. Brent Wolf finished 5th overall (212, -4).
- (3/4) The TCU men's tennis team defeated Michigan St, 4-3.
- (3/3) Hawaii pulled away in the 2nd half to defeat the TCU Lady Frogs, 67-52, in the opening
round of the WAC Tournament.
The game was tied at the half at 22. Emma Wilson had 16; Buffy Ferguson and
Jennifer Hickman added 14. The Frogs shot 28.6% from the field.
